We have recently implemented a support service for spare part requests using XPARE, an e-commerce tool that helps to cut down the time it takes to identify spare part codes by providing the spare parts manual in a graphic version that can be consulted online.
Once the code has been identified, the user simply enters this into their ‘virtual shopping cart’ and a request for quotation is sent automatically to our post-sales office.
XPARE enables us to provide customers not only with information on recommended spare parts, but also with the list of spare parts that are subject to wear and tear, both of which are required for planned maintenance operations, with indications on the time it will take for the parts to be supplied.
Customers can keep a soft copy of all machine documentation on their own personal account (such as the use and maintenance manual, spare parts manual, circuit and pneumatic diagrams, layouts, product diagrams, etc.).
